Herramientas Gratis Team provides a suite of free web-based tools for PDF file processing: compression, format conversion, merging, splitting, page reordering, and other related operations. The Service is provided entirely free of charge, with no registration or user account required.
2. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Not upload files containing malware, viruses, malicious code, or any element harmful to computer systems.
- Not process documents whose content is illegal, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), forged documents, copyrighted material without authorization, or any other content prohibited by law.
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security mechanisms of the Service.
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a bulk or abusive manner.
- Not deliberately overload the Service infrastructure (DDoS attacks or similar).
3. File Size Limits
The Service accepts files up to 50 MB per operation. Files exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected. This limit may be changed in the future without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Your files are yours. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over documents you upload to the Service. The only use we make of your files is to execute the operation you request.
The source code, design, logos, texts, and other elements belonging to the Service are the property of Herramientas Gratis Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate in all cases.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for technical, maintenance, or any other reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
In particular, we accept no liability for:
- Loss, corruption, or alteration of files during processing.
- Incorrect or inaccurate results generated by the tools.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of their original files before using the Service.
7. Prohibited Uses

- Uploading or processing illegal material of any kind.
- Introducing files containing malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing the Service without express written authorization.
We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these prohibitions, without prior notice.
